Shipping & Delivery

Our online shop orders are shipped and delivered by APC using a 24-48 hour service, but all orders are guaranteed to arrive within 5 working days.

Our shipping rate is a flat rate of £5.00 for deliveries within the United Kingdom. We currently are not able to ship outside of the United Kingdom.

Please bear in mind the following when placing an order for collection:

• An order placed after Thursday evening is not guaranteed to be ready for collection until the next Friday.
• You will need to have received confirmation that your order is ready from our sales team for collection, which you will receive before you come to collect your order.
• Please do not come to the castle to collect unless you have received your email confirmation.
• Please bring in a copy of your confirmation email and give this to our reception staff in order to collect your order.
