On February 27, 2023, we quietly filled Barrel No.1 in the historic cellars beneath Hensol Castle. No headlines, no shortcuts. Just a small team, a commitment to quality, and a passion for crafting authentic Welsh spirit entirely from scratch.

Now, after three years of patient maturation, the wait is almost over. In November 2026, we will officially launch our historic first bottling: Hensol Castle Single Malt Whisky.
