Semi Automated Production Line

Recently installed, our cutting-edge line accommodates 18 distinct bottle types, ensuring efficiency without compromising quality.

Advanced Bottle Air Rinser

Operating at speeds up to 4,000 bottles per hour (bph), our air rinser guarantees pristine bottles, free from any debris.

Versatile In Filler

Featuring a 12-head configuration and adaptable to different bottle sizes, our in-filler achieves speeds up to 3,000 bph, eliminating the need for change parts.

Flexible Capping Solutions

From ROPP to Cork closures, our capping machine handles diverse closure types at speeds of up to 2,500 bph, with GPI cap capabilities.

Label Application

Nestled within the castle walls, our bespoke 5-head linear labeller is the crown jewel of our cellar, capable of seamlessly applying tamper seals, neck labels, and front/back labels.

Small Batch Start Up Support

Complementing our main line, we offer a secondary setup catering to small batches, startups, miniature productions and bespoke set ups, combining efficiency with flexibility

We are able to fill any size or shape glass bottle starting from 5cl.

Since the release of sustainable Frugalpac bottles, we have acquired a range of spirits and ready to drink cocktail businesses utilising their packaging.

Filling Capabilities:

Bag in a box requirements (up to 10 L)
Bulk liquid filling, available from 5L plastic Jerry cans to 1,000L IBC
ISO tank filling up to 26,000L

FAQs

What is your minimum order quantity?

We tend to adhere to 1,000L MOQ. This is for the benefit of the customer as well as our run times. Running this amount gives you a better price per bottle, and gives you the opportunity to store a backup amount of stock here at Hensol Castle so you don’t run out. This can also be stored duty suspended should you obtain a WOWGR.
