It’s be-GIN-ning to look a lot like Christmas happy hour!
Make the perfect cocktail for your guests this festive season, by switching vodka with Hensol Castle Welsh dry gin, to enjoy our twist on the classic cosmopolitan!
You will need;
- 45ml Hensol Castle Welsh dry gin
- 25ml triple sec
- 30ml cranberry juice
- 10ml lime juice
- Orange peel for the garnish
- Cocktail shaker
- Martini glass
Shake all the ingredients and ice in a cocktail shaker and strain into a martini glass (you don’t want any ice in your glass)
For the beautifully fragrant garnish, cut off a small ribbon of orange peel and carefully wave over a flame to release the zesty aromas. Rim the glass with the peel, twist the peel and hold for a few seconds to spiral, then drop into your cocktail.
Pour Hensol Castle gin, vermouth and Campari into a jug with ice. Stir well until the outside of the glass feels cold.
Strain into a glass and add some fresh ice, and garnish with an orange slice.
The Classic Gin and Tonic
Measure out 2 shots or 50ml of your Hensol Castle Welsh dry gin, fill your glass with ice and top with your favourite tonic.
For the garnish, slice a wedge of lemon, test out your new copper straws and enjoy! A simple but a classic beverage for your guests to love.
